How wonderful that you have accomplished so much for so many people!  Most
of us live lives that hopefully help those handful of people we are related
to or befriend.  But you have made (and will have) a real, positive impact
on many, many people you don't know, have never and will never meet, and on
many, many in the future who are not yet born.
